Delete Your Claspa Account

Request account and data deletion with a verified email. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no grace period or account restoration.

Option 1: Delete in the app

If you can access your account, use the in-app deletion flow for the fastest result.

  1. Open the Claspa app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm the prompts and type DELETE to finalize.
  4. Save your purchase recovery token if one is shown.

Option 2: Delete from the web

Use this two-step verification flow if you no longer have access to the app. We will send a one-time code to your email.

What happens after deletion

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Your account becomes inaccessible right away.

You will not be able to log in, match, chat, or access your history. We immediately start the deletion pipeline.

Data disclosure

We delete most data immediately. Some information may be retained where required by law, regulation, or for fraud prevention.

  • Profile information
  • Photos and media
  • Matches and chat content
  • Preferences and prompts
  • Analytics identifiers
  • Hana AI embeddings or vectors

Data we may retain

  • Payment or transaction records (if legally required)
  • Minimal legal, security, or fraud-prevention logs
